On Tuesday we held an EGM to update our members on our progress, and to seek their vote on our next actions.
Fundraising Update

- How the money has been used
Proposed change to our membership options:
- Addition of new tiers above core €24/year membership
- Suggestions in relation to the new structure
- Final structure to be voted on by members before it is implemented
These changes were part of the original plan for the 1903, was mandated by members at that time, and our goal here was to confirm the preferred structure for the membership tiers.
In addition, decisions of this nature have always been decided by member vote, this time is no exception, and we wanted to seek input and feedback from members before a member vote to confirm the best set of membership options to support our aims and to retain the connections we have formed with our fanbase.
The 1903 was always designed to be a central point to connect all of the supporter groups in the club and to give them a voice.
As the EGM is for members, we are making part of this update private so that logged in members can access the full details.
